About Leaders of Impact

Last year, a select group of individuals from across the country were nominated to participate in Leaders of Impact, recognized for their passion and drive to make a difference. This 7-week competition was dedicated to advancing equitable health for all. Nominees developed campaign plans, recruited Impact Teams, and inspired their networks to support the American Heart Association’s lifesaving mission.

At the campaign’s conclusion, this exceptional group of changemakers was celebrated for their impact on the mission and their communities. The nominee who made the greatest impact and raised the most funds locally was honored as a local 2024 Leaders of Impact winner. Additionally, the nominee with the greatest nationwide impact was named the American Heart Association 2024 National Leaders of Impact Winner.
